GOURMET CELEBRATION BOX COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 185-190C

LOCAL WOOD PIGEON WELLINGTONBlackberries, & Truffle Jus

Place the wellington in the oven on the shelf on the provided parchment paper (Not a Tray) & Bake for 14 mins.
Place the truffle jus in the bag into a pan of simmering water (Not Boiling) for 4-5 mins.
Place the blackberry compote on the plate, then drizzle the truffle jus.
Place the wellington on top & serve.

LOBSTER & TIGER PRAWN THERMIDOR Triple Cooked Fries, Caesar Salad

Place the triple cooked fries in the pre-heated oven as noted above & cook for 30-35 mins until crisp.
Leave the Lobster at room temperature for 20 mins, then place in the oven for 4 mins
& then glaze under a pre-heated grill until Golden Brown 3-4 mins.
Caesar Salad, arrange gem lettuce, croutons & pancetta in a serving bowl,
dress with the Caesar dressing & sprinkle the Parmesan.

BAKED APPLE & WAKEFIELD RHUBARB CRUMBLE TARTCustard Ice Cream

Place the Tart in the oven on a tray at 160C for 12-15 mins & serve.
Place the bag in pan of hot water (Not Boiling) for 5-6 mins, cut the bag & serve.
